Well, this is probably how we met.
If you landed here from my business card, there’s a pretty good chance we crossed paths on a golf course, riding OneWheels down the beach, over a drink or dinner at one of Rocky Point’s cantinas or restaurants — or maybe somewhere completely different during my travels.
However we met, welcome.
I’ve always believed the best connections usually start that way — casually, unexpectedly, and with a good conversation.

Somehow, a getaway became home.
I first came to Rocky Point when I was 12 years old, after my parents bought a beachfront lot just a few miles from where Encantame sits today.
What started as a family getaway became one of the constants in my life.
Over the years, I built a career in banking, real estate and development, raised a family that grew up coming here, and eventually made Rocky Point home full-time.
I’ve watched this town change tremendously — while somehow still holding onto the things that made us fall in love with it in the first place.
I still spend as much time as I can on the beach, swim most mornings, play probably more golf than I should, explore the restaurants and little places around town, and generally enjoy what I’ve always called “Mayberry RFD on the beach.”
It’s a little rough around the edges, wonderfully uncomplicated, and still my happy place.
